For decades our beloved Fairgrounds has been the heartbeat of our community — hosting everything from major music festivals to intimate family gatherings. We’ve also served as an emergency center and staging area for first responders and a comfort and aid station for natural disaster victims. Today it is clear that we need to re-imagine how we can better serve a changing community while improving our aging facility. Toward that end we have launched Where Your Heart Has a Home Campaign — a capital drive to convert our barns into a multi-use community center and to renovate our public restrooms. Help us reach our goal of $1 million. Every contribution matters — from $5 to $5,000 — to help create a purposeful space that provides an environment for our community to connect, unite and heal.
