The Monterey County Fair & Event Center RV Park offers the convenience of RV parking in the heart of Monterey. Our park is close to restaurants and shopping; just blocks from the beach and the Monterey bike path and only a few miles from downtown Monterey, Cannery Row, Pacific Grove and Carmel. The RV Park is easily accessible off of Highway 1 and 68.

Monterey County Fair RV Park Security Gate closes at 6:00 PM (5:00 PM during Winter hours).
Please note that Late Arrivals/Late Check-Ins must submit required paperwork below and get Camp Host confirmation before approval. After submission of Occupancy Agreement and RV Park Rules documents, the Camp Host will prepare packet to have available for you upon arrival at the RV Office late check in board.

If cancellation is received before three days prior to arrival date, refund is 100% of nightly rate less Roverpass fees. Before one day prior to arrival date, refund is 50% of nightly rate less Roverpass fees. Day of cancellations are non – refundable.

A confirmed campsite reservation, with deposit guarantees an RV campsite for the dates specified at the time your reservation is made, but NOT for a specific campsite. We assign our campsites just prior to arrival, based on your requests and the date the reservation and payment was made.
Reservations for more than twenty-eight days cannot be booked online. Please contact the park directly at 831-717-7167
As we are an RV park, we do not allow tent camping at our sites.
Each reservation/space is allowed one tow vehicle. For additional tow vehicles (up to 3 maximum per site) the fee is $5.00 per vehicle and can be paid upon check out.
If available, a late checkout will be provided upon advice of the camphost. The fee associated with late check out is $10.00 per reservation. Guests must check out no later than 3 PM same day.
A reservation made is a reservation paid. Campsites will not be held for anyone, even for special events. Guests must make reservations through RoverPass and make appropriate payment online when booking.
For groups of ten or more, all spaces must be booked online in advance. Should you wish to have special placement all together, please contact the camphost at 831-717-7167 or email camphost@montereycountyfair.com.
No, as we are a RV park we do not allow anyone to rent a space to sleep in a vehicle.
